Prices and commitment

How much does Boukii cost?

Depending on the number of active instructors. Discover is free: 2 instructors and 100 bookings per year. Then Solo at CHF 19 per month (up to 5 instructors), School at CHF 39 (15), Pro at CHF 69 (50) and Unlimited from CHF 149. Unlimited bookings from Solo. Excl. VAT, −10% when paying annually, no commission. See pricing

Does Boukii take a commission on bookings?

No. If you take payments online, you only pay the payment provider’s fees, as everywhere: they go to the provider, not to Boukii.

Are there hidden fees?

No. You pay for the plan and the modules you choose, nothing else. If you take payments online, the payment provider charges its fee per payment: it is published on the pricing page. The setup services are optional and paid once.

Is there a commitment?

The subscription is annual, paid in advance, and renews every year. You can cancel it from your dashboard up to 30 days before it renews; the current year remains due.

I only work in winter or in summer. Do I pay for the whole year?

Yes: one annual price that covers all your seasons, winter and summer in the same subscription.

My sport isn’t listed?

Write to us and we will look at it together. Lessons, instructors and bookings work the same way in every sport: usually it only needs adding to the catalogue.

Do I need levels?

No, it is optional. If you turn it on, you define your own scale of levels, and instructors can assess each student against objectives in Boukii Teach. Without levels, the students of a lesson are in a single group.

Getting started

How do I open my school?

You fill in the request: the name of the school, your sports and a phone number. We call you within 24 working hours to confirm, and your school is open. Then you add your lessons, your team and the booking page on your website, on your own or with us.

Do I need a demo?

No. You can try the paid plan of your choice free for 14 days, with no payment details and no commitment, or start with the free Discover plan. During the trial, your booking page works with simulated bookings and no real payment.

Can you import our data?

Yes. We bring over your customers, your instructors and your other data from your old software or Excel: you do not have to re-enter anything. It is a one-off service, from CHF 180.

Who is behind Boukii?

Boukii Sàrl, a Swiss company. We call you ourselves to open your school.

How it works

Do I have to use everything?

No. At the start everything is switched off: levels, assessment, till, waiting list… You switch each feature on when your school needs it, and off again if it is no longer useful.

Several schools?

Yes, with the Several schools module, at CHF 29 per month per school. Each school has its own booking page, logo, payments and invoices, in one account. The same customer or instructor appears in several schools without duplicates.

Does Boukii Teach work without signal?

Yes. The app keeps the schedule and the student list on the phone. The instructor takes the register and assesses without signal, and the app sends everything as soon as the phone is back online. On iPhone and Android, included for all your instructors.

Payments

Does the money go through Boukii?

No. The customer pays wallee or the provider of your choice, and the money goes straight to the school’s account, every week or, if you prefer, every day or every month. Boukii takes nothing from your sales.

Is online payment mandatory?

On your booking page, yes: the customer pays when booking. If they do not complete the payment, the place goes back on sale after 30 minutes. At reception, you take payment however you like: by card, TWINT, cash or bank transfer. With the free Discover plan, online sales go through wallee.

Which providers?

wallee is already connected to Boukii, online and at the desk: Visa, Mastercard, TWINT, PostFinance, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you already work with another provider, you can connect it too.

Data

Where is our data?

On servers in Europe, with a backup every night in Switzerland. Your school’s data belongs to you: Boukii does not sell it or use it for advertising.

If we stop, do we keep our data?

Yes. Before you leave, you export your customer list and, with the Instructor pay module, the instructors’ pay statements as PDF or CSV.

Countries and languages

In which languages?

Boukii and the booking page are in French, German, Italian, English and Spanish. Each customer books in their own language.

My school isn’t in Switzerland?

No problem: Boukii works everywhere in Europe. You pay in your country’s currency, Swiss francs in Switzerland and euros elsewhere.
