When you fill in a form

School opening request, quote request or support request: we receive what you enter.

• your first and last name, your e-mail and your phone number
• the name of your school, your sport and your number of instructors
• your message and, if you put one together, the configuration chosen on our pricing page

We use this data to reply to you, prepare your quote and open your school. You also receive an e-mail confirming that your request has arrived.

Protection against abuse

To prevent automated submissions, we use the sender’s IP address to limit the number of requests per hour. It is stored with the request, on our server.

Audience measurement, without cookies

We count page views and a few clicks (for example on “Set up my school”) to know which pages are useful. This measurement is done on our own server, without cookies, without storing IP addresses and without third-party services. It cannot identify you.

Where your data goes

Your data stays in Switzerland:

• the site, the forms and our e-mails are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, in Geneva
• requests are processed in the management tool of Neuron-e Sàrl, our service provider, also hosted by Infomaniak

The site’s fonts are served from our own server. We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for advertising purposes.

How long

We keep your data as long as necessary to handle your request and, if you become a customer, for the relationship with your school. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to customer.care@boukii.ch.

Your school in Boukii

This text concerns this site. The data your school manages in Boukii (customers, bookings, instructors) is covered by the contract concluded with your school.
