You set up your school yourself, or we set it up with you. Here are the steps and what you need for each one.

Four steps

  1. 01Request your schoolYou fill in the form. We check your details and call you to confirm.You need: the school’s name, your sports and a phone number.
  2. 02Add your lessonsYour lessons and your prices. Levels, if you use them.You need: your list of lessons.
  3. 03Add your teamYour instructors, their sports, their availability and their pay.You need: the list of instructors.
  4. 04Open bookingsThe page on your website and a test booking.You need: access to your website and, if you take payments online, your account with the payment provider.

Ideally before bookings open for the season, so your customers book online from day one. This applies to every season, winter and summer.

How long does it take?

We call you within 24 working hours of your request.

Can we start in the middle of the season?

Yes. You can start with some of your lessons and add the rest bit by bit. If you already have bookings elsewhere, we can bring them over for you: that’s the Data import service.

Who trains the team?

You, with the steps on this page, or us: a session for the office, the front desk or the instructors, for CHF 290.
